The Year 3 and 4 girls were delighted to resume their fixtures on Tuesday 8th March, and they really enjoyed being hosted by Mr Lakhani and the Alpha Prep girls. The teams were perfectly matched which created two very exciting and balanced matches!
Team One had a very even first half with both teams in fine shooting form and the scores matched at 4-4. The Reddiford girls just edged the victory in the second half, with the game ending at 6-4 to Reddiford. Special congratulations go to Sophie who was cool and collected when she had the opportunity to shoot from distance and to Sofia who was nominated as the player of the match for her dynamism and shooting prowess.
Team Two were raring to go after supporting their friends, and just like Team One they scored a goal for each of Alpha’s successful shots, leaving the scores level at 2-2 at the end of the first half. After a second half full of suspense and excellent opportunities, the final score was also 2-2. Nemisha was highly commended by all of the adults present for starring in her first ever Netball match after closely studying the rules and tactics whilst supporting Team One.
