We would like to say a huge thank you and well done to Miss Lloyd and Mrs McBreen. A few weeks ago a local resident required emergency First Aid and use of the EYD defibrillator. Our two wonderful staff immediately rushed to his aid, provided emergency help and called emergency services. Mrs McBreen fetched the defibrillator and Miss Lloyd, who had recently updated her First Aid training, incredibly performed lifesaving CPR, Mrs McBreen then gave accurate information which enabled two doctors to then use the defibrillator. The gentleman’s life was saved and we are so proud of our staff. Well done!
