Form 2 go to Legoland - Friday 18th June 2010 We were very lucky to have perfect weather for our trip to legoland whcih certainly contributed towards making it a very successful day. Our first stop was a visit to a theatre where we watched a 4D show called 'Chuck Powers'. We were bombarded with ice, water and wind which helped to make it a multi-sensory experience! The children though that this was a fantastic while the staff tried hard to duck from the showers. Every child experienced driving a car on a mini road track and despite some unconventional driving, they all managed to pass their driving tests!! Mini-Land was a definite favourite with the children. It was amazing to see places like, Buckingham Palace and other famous buildings and towns made out of millions of Lego bricks. The whole day ran smoothly which was mainly due to the excellent behaviour of the children. We had a fantastic and memorable trip. On the journey back to school the children were quiet but very contented after a stimulating, exhausting and exciting day. On behalf of Mrs Davis, Mrs Buck and myself, I would like to say a big 'thank you' to everyone who helped to make this trip a great success. We all had a wonderful time. Mrs M Gilbert, Head of Pre-Prep Department
